No, chillers are not designed to freeze products. If that is a requirement, we can recommend our blast freezers.
The temperature can be adjusted and controlled between +2°C and +10°C.
Fortunately, no installation is required for a chiller. You can plug it into any domestic outlet.
Our freezers are plug and play and generally easy to install, an electrician will be required to provide a suitable power source.
The following basic steps can be taken to keep your freezer in good working order:
Daily: Keep a twice daily record of the temperature on the control panel to ensure any variations are noted. Make sure the container is switched to a manual defrost cycle before entering the container.
Monthly: Wash out the condenser coil with a hose and ensure it is free of any debris.
