Leasing or buying a pre-made fabricated container

Step 2: Quote

Step 2

Specify your requirements and whether or not you need transportation. Almar Kenya sends a formal quote and if accepted a credit application and lease / sales agreement follows.
Step 3: Image

Step 3

On receipt of the completed documentation, a credit review is done which takes 1 – 2 days.
Step 4: Payment

Step 4

An invoice is raised for the first month’s rental / full purchase price and delivery, if required.
Step 5: Delivery

Step 5

Your container is released for delivery

Buying a custom made fabricated container

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 1

Email a detailed breakdown of requirements to sales.ke@almar.co.ke. These details need to include what the container will be used for, the size and your contact details.
Step 2: Quote

Step 2

A member of the Almar Kenya team will phone to discuss the details and provide an estimate starting price. Only then will a consultation be set up.
Step 3: Image

Step 3

Almar Kenya sends a formal quote and if accepted a credit application and sales agreement follows. On receipt of the completed documentation, a credit review is done which takes 1 – 2 days.
Step 4: Payment

Step 4

An invoice is raised for a 50% deposit is required upfront in order for production to start. A timeline is provided and progress is communicated.
Step 5: Delivery

Step 5

Once the fabrication is completed and full payment is received, the container is released for delivery.

How much does a custom container cost?

As with any type of custom / bespoke construction project – the price is directly linked to the unique specifications provided by the client.

The biggest cost variables are dependent on the following:

  • Types of fittings and materials (standard vs premium),
  • Quantity of doors / windows,
  • Type of insulation,
  • Complexity of design

Do you build container homes?

We can offer a variety of standard homes we have built in the past. Bespoke homes are subject to budget and design complexity.

How long does manufacturing take?

Manufacturing is dependent on the design complexity and material availability. We typically strive to manufacture a 40ft HC container in no more than 6-weeks.
